That's exactly what I have. Room for one car, motorcycle, and plenty of left over space for a bench, workspace, and fridge.

I often tell people that I'm glad I don't have a two car garage, because I would probably try to keep two cars in it, and things would be tight.

I'd love to have somewhere indoors to keep the Mini, but I like the "workshop" element the "and a half" gives me.

Having a two car garage is a crappy curse. I finally made room for my car and my mom's but it's stupid tight; if I don't park my car just right it's a bitch to get in and out of. And to compound the lack of space I back both cars in so it makes it harder, but it's much more rewarding because I never see anyone back their cars in, especially into a garage with as little room as mine.
